Project Description

Rotary Clubs Unite for an impactful and inspiring mental health awareness symposium titled “Mind Matters: A Holistic Approach to Mental Wellbeing” was successfully organized at Rotary Hall, Thapathali on May 23, 2026. The program was jointly organized by Rotary Club of Kathmandu Height along with Rotary Club of Kathmandu, Rotary Club of Kathmandu Metro, Rotary Club of Hetauda, Rotary Club of Balaju, Rotary Club of Kathmandu Circle, Rotary Club of Gongabu, Rotary Club of Matribhumi Baluwatar and Rotary Club of Godawari.
The symposium featured renowned mental health experts and speakers including Pujan Sharma, Dr. Pradeep Pandey, Dr. Suraj Shakya, and Dr. Namrata Pandey, who shared valuable insights on emotional wellbeing, stress management, psychological resilience, and the importance of mental health awareness in today’s society.
