Description
The Toilet Construction Project at Shree Janajagriti Basic School, located in Namobuddha Municipality–2, Kavrepalanchok District, Nepal, is nearing successful completion. Implemented by the Rotary Club of Kathmandu Height in collaboration with Rotary District 3292, Rotary Club of Kathmandu, and Namobuddha Municipality, the project was undertaken to improve sanitation facilities and create a healthier learning environment for students and teachers. The construction work has been completed, and final finishing activities are currently underway. Upon completion of these remaining works, the facility is expected to be formally handed over to the school management within June 2026. The project reflects Rotary’s commitment to supporting education, health, and community development through sustainable infrastructure that will benefit the school and the wider community for years to come.
